Shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $200. Rates for every other order are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
International Orders
We ship internationally via DHL Express Worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient and aren't included in your order total.

We want you to feel confident in every order. If something isn't right, here's exactly where you stand.
Lingerie — Final Sale
For hygiene reasons, all lingerie — bras, underwear, bodysuits, and briefs — is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of size or style. This is standard across the intimates industry, and it's the reason we publish detailed measurements and a full size guide on every product page — please check them before you order, or message us and we'll help you find your fit.
Jewelry & Accessories
Jewelry and body chains can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, as long as the item is unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
- Email us to start your return — we'll send you a return form and instructions.
- Pack the item with the completed return form included. Returns sent without it may be delayed.
- Ship it back at your own cost — we recommend a trackable service.
- Once it arrives at our warehouse, your refund is issued within 5 business days.
Return shipping is covered by the customer. Duties, taxes, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping internationally? Keep your proof of postage — you're responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
Sizing & Exchanges
Because lingerie can't be returned once worn, getting the size right matters. Every product page includes a full size guide with real measurements — and if you're still unsure between two sizes, message us before you order. We'd always rather help you get it right the first time than sort out a return after.
